    Sunset on Bainbridge!

Saturday night, I'm headed out to pick up a Pizza for dinner and what do I see? A lovely sunset. I had a new 45mm f/1.8 to test and this was a perfect test, low light, hand held and I couldn't be happier.

    Gray's Beach Sunset Panorama!

As we were driving back to my brother-in-laws house my wife poked me when she noticed the making of a grand sunset in the rear of the car. What I didn't know was that we were headed for a most wonderful vantage point to photograph this sight. When we got to the parking lot I was like a kid (68 YO) jumping out of the car. I had previously mounted a 100-400mm lens and had no time to switch ti a wide angle lens. The area was filled with sunset gazers. Tripods and big money cameras were mounted and snapping awar. I could see the Boardwalk stretching wat looked to be a 100 yards into the bay. There were more tripods visible on the boardwalk. I knew that this must be a popular spot for photographers. (LOL) I had my iPhone in hand alternating shots with my Olympus M43 EM1. I also noticed that I was being eaten alive by the mosquitoes. I hurridly took as many shot as I could. Short sleeves and Shorts with out bug spray was a mistake. The only thing missing is a Bird of Prey in the box on the left.
